We went to kandy perahera in last august. It was very beautiful. There were so many people. There were many foreigners, too. the whipcrackers led the perahera. there were drummers, flag bearers , kandian dancers. Nilame and elephants. The maligawa elephants came with the casket on it’ s back. The kandyan dancer and the maligawa elephants were very colourful.

my pet
My pet is a dog. It name is ” ringo” . my pet eat rice and fish carry. It’ s white and brown in colour. ” ringo” is my best friend. It’ s has a small tail. My pet is very beautiful. Ringo like drink milk. I see his sadness. When i leave home, school or any where. When come home makes him really happy. I practise playing. I protect my pet every day. I love my ringo very much.
THE RAINBOW.
The rainbow is like a curved bridge laid to the heaven.oh! whate a beautiful sight? . It appears there in the sky for a short time. I cannot understand whate happens to it them. It is made up of seven pretty colours. I tried my best to count them .Them i sow seven colours in the rainbow. they are violet, indigo , blue , green , yellow , orange and red. How beautiful arranged and set in the sky they are.
My village
my village is in the North Western province in Kurunegala. Our villege is sourrounded by Galgiriya mountian. It is a big village. Our village has big tank , mountian , big trees and paddy felds. My village name is Kumbukkadavala. most of people are farmer in our village. but, some people are goverment offices. our village has temple , school and post office . Our villagere main in come is vegitable they grow is paddy pumkin, kurkkan and kaupi are some of them. Our villagere are live in peace and uinity. I like living there.
